Mothers Day Breakfast in BED

Why would I wake up 3 hours before i need to on Mother's Day Sunday you ask? Only to fulfill the tradition of making breakfast for mother.  Every year I, the oldest, make breakfast for my mother and serve it to her in bed.  Usually i just go with the tradish pancakes and scrambled eggs deal, but this year i wanted to try something new. On the menu this morning:

  1. Spinach Quiche (Kraft Food's version)

What You Need

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
2 cups shredded  Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1 cup milk
2   eggs, beaten
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled (optional)
1/2 tsp.  salt
Dash pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge. TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
2. French Crepes (All Recipes)

What You Need

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Make It

All I do is mix everything but the melted butter in, stir until everything is nice and creamy looking, then i mix in the butter and cook 'em! After they are done, fill them up with sliced bananas, strawberries, and powdered sugar. Last but not least, fold it nice and pretty, drizzle melted Nutella onto the top and add some whipped cream!!
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
